Project Overview
Hoisted six packaged HVAC units onto a retail center roof during phased tenant improvements. Each unit was lifted with certified slings and spreader hardware, set on curbs aligned to shop drawings, and leveled before the next pick began, keeping the store open throughout the schedule.
